Landscape Committee Announcement

Community wide landscape improvement is in progress.

Per the Association CC&R's it is the responsibility of the Board to insure that all Common Areas, including courtyards, are maintained by the Association and not by the individual homeowner. The Board has a duty to follow the Association's governing documents and apply and enforce them in a fair and uniform manner.

No unauthorized items will be permitted to remain on Association common area. If you need help in identifying what items must be removed and what items may remain, click here to submit a Service Request Form and the Landscape Committee will receive your request for assistance. Thank you.
