Community Fencing: Repairing and repainting the wrought iron fences along the Community perimeter is complete Community Siding Project: Community-wide siding replacement continues and is currently in the 300 circle. Pump Room Maintenance: Pump room venting will be later November/early December.

LANDSCAPING

Courtyard Improvements: The community-wide front courtyard improvement effort continues with completion of the 500 San Nicholas Court circle. Common Area Improvements: Plans for an added trench drain at 211 Santa Rosa are commencing.
