• Black Droppings

  • We have been advised that the black droppings covering our outdoor surfaces is due to infestation of the Eucalyptus trees with Tortoise Beetles. ​

  • The larvae are running rampant. They crawl along trunks and branches and when they get ready to pupate, they fall from the canopy and land on the patios and other surfaces, causing the black droppings we see.

  • The Board is working on determining the best option to address the issue.
